<p class="rteleft">FIFA Referee Development Officer Peter Prendergast has extended a vote of confidence to the elite group of 32 referees who completed the FIFA Referees Assistance Programme (RAP) workshop at the Ato Boldon Stadium on Thursday. Prendergast along with T&amp;T&rsquo;s Ramesh Ramdhan completed some 26 courses throughout the Concacaf this year with T&amp;T being the final stop.
