0823 Commentary   Time for the anthems - West Indies' players look a little stern-faced, especially giant spinner Sulieman Benn. Bangladesh's anthem is more melodic, and most of the players sing. The Mirpur crowd give a big cheer at the end - I think we can expect them to be as partisan as we'd expect

Gunmen have attacked a bus carrying the Sri Lankan cricket team

on its way to play in the city of Lahore. 
   
At least six policemen escorting the team bus were killed, along with a driver.

Seven cricketers and an assistant coach were injured.  :shocked:

Officials said about 12 gunmen were involved and grenades and

rocket launchers have been recovered..... :shocked:

After Bangladesh were skittled for their lowest ever one-day international score, angry fans tossed almost everything they could get their hands on —caps, placards, logos, even jerseys —to the outfield as a demonstration of their disappointment.

Was a mistake ...wrong bus get pelt down ....but Bangla bus ketch a likkel pelt too  ::lol:: 
 
No worries ..... Windies will receive flowers as an apology :D:D

A popular fan site, BanglaCricket, has started a campaign to condemn the attackers of the team buses and to apologise to the cricketers. It is led by an article by bowling coach, Ian Pont, and this message: "Please send flowers to the West Indies Cricket team staying at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel. No need to make any statement. The flowers will be message enough. Please Copy/Paste this as your status update, call as many people you know in Dhaka, and ask them to do the same. Let's do this!"  Source

could it be that the angry fans thought that it was the bus carrying the Bangladeshi players.  After all both sides players have the same skin colour. ::rofl::
